Dance music back on the airwaves on Saturday night?

Did anyone hear KRIO last night? It started about 10pm and I was very impressed with the dance selection they were playing. They must of changed up some of the stuff on Saturday nights? I hope they keep playing that. That sounded realy good.

I heard Digital 104.1 after 11p and the mix was awesome.
 
Do you know who the DJ was? I dont think Rene is mixing yet, Its about just like the good ol days, I think that mix was better than 1067jamz did.

It wasn't Rene G. Either Master Mixin Mando aka M3, DJ Rud-E or the guy the does the noon time mix on Jammin 94.1.
 
There is only one guy who can mix dance music the way it should be mixed. That is Master Mixing Mando AKA M3. His group Stigma also has a new cd coming out soon.

I completely agree with you on that. He's a really good mixer. Too bad BMP doesn't use his talent more often. BMP should flip or tweak Digital 104.1 to Top 40 Dance or a Spanglish format. It's funny how 2 years ago KTFM, Jamz, and Mix were after the 18-34 Latin females demos with their dance friendly formats. Now that the original KTFM is gone, the other two stations have also abandon the format. There's a hole in the market and it's just a matter of time until someone fills it.
 
Either way who mixes it, it was still nice to hear dance in the airwaves again in San antonio!!<P ID="signature">______________
