Dance Party? Doesn't sound like it.

Is Bob Pantano's Dance Party Radio still on WOGL's HD2? I've been listening at times but, since I'm out of the market now, I listen on the app.

Although I understand the concept of the station, I don't think the delivery is there. I don't tune in that often but when I do, I hear songs that just don't seem to belong on this type of station. Last week, it was the Beach boys. This morning, it was the Doobie Brothers Long Train Runnin'. How are any of those "dance" songs.

I really thought the concept would be your stepping into a 70s or 80s dance club. I mean, Pantano is a "brand" name in Philly. Why would a dance club play "California Girls?" Makes no sense to me.

Also, curious who the voice is for the station. Is that Pantano himself? The liners seem like the person is rather bored.
