Since the demise of Energy Arizona, a friend of mine's boss didn't want their Xm radio anymore so I got the XM radio for free and signed up online for the package along with the best of sirius. I have been enjoying the dance channels and I thought of a pretty cool idea for a dance station.

Play BPM type music from noon until eight at night, Play AREA type music from eight at night until four in the morning and then play CHILL from four in the morning until noon.

Three different dance stations on one frequency, all different but all connected at the same time.
 
Good idea, the only change I'd make would be to play a Classic Dance-leaning format in the time slot from 4A to Noon. I'd also make it blend together seamlessly thru dayparting so the sound would get more and more aggressive as the day went on.
 
Yes that is what I was thinking - blending the different styles of dance and market it as the dance channel.
