DANCING DICK FOR HIRE

If radio makes you happy, just do it. If you are not happy with the current company, go somewhere else.
Bob is giving you good advice.

Journalguy is right. Why curse the darkness if you're not happy in your current situation. Companies only want people who are on board. Find another company you can believe in.

For the most part, though...I believe we DECIDE to be happy most times. Attitude is huge.

With that being said if you work for a company that you start to see doing some incredibly stupid things, quietly find an excape route out of the building. There ARE decent places still in the radio business, but as are few and far between. I've never been one to want to stick around and be one of the abused children at a place. If the place is tanking it's time to find a new place to show up for work, on your timeing, not theirs. (as in get a new gig before the bloodbath starts)
