Danny Bonaduce gets slapped on the air this morning on 'YSP

Now would be a good time to fan the flames on those "WYSP flipping to sports' rumors. Compared to last Thursday/Friday's fiasco, it couldn't be more prevalent than today!
 
Maybe Danny's next stunt should be to challenge Vai Sikahema to a charity boxing match. I'm sure there are a lot of people that would like to see him get more than a slap. And maybe Vai can give more than approximately 20% of the proceeds to the charity this time around.
 
Oh no! That wasn't real? PUH-LEASE. It's bad enough Punchy Bonaduce wants to box everybody, because he's got issues. Now he's going to fake fight people on pay per view? People don't even listen to his show and that's for free!!!

I had to google TNA cause I never heard of it! If Bonaduce is the best they could get to appear on their PPV event, they're in trouble.

Can somebody at CBS just pull the plug on this already?

Okay! Okay Buffalo, We get it. You don't like the bonaduce show. Maybe if you spent more time rehearsing and less time trashing the Danny Bonaduce show, you would be more than an opening act for "The Why Store" reunion tour. Anything constructive in the way of programming ideas? (cue crickets here).... Next caller!

Danny has admitted to alot of bad decisions but, I doubt he would put down cash on a new house without a contract covering a few years. CBS has bare-boned the staff, not just in Philly but all across the company, I think their line-up in the philly, new york and L.A will be unchanged until they start making money. They probaly can't afford to fight contract obligations anymore. ;)

I didn't start this thread, but what I wrote is VALID. And if you'll remember our whole little row started when I wrote about Danny wanting to fight everybody. And what's he trying to do? Fight somebody.

And I'm sorry I wasn't aware this board was for only offering constructive advice in terms of programming ideas. Because I'm sure CBS execs scour radio-info for their next bad idea. Read this board much Simon? It's like 60/40 dump on everything.

Bottom line - if you think Danny Bonaduce is a good choice, is doing a good job and is worth keeping on because of a contract... YOU ARE A FOOL!!!

Didn't CBS just blow out and hire a new staff at 92.3 NOW in NY like a week ago? They're still paying Booker. And didn't that happen in L.A. like a month ago? They're still paying Adam C.

Heeeyy That's pretty funny! I thought thought the same thing when you insinuated "Buffalo Tom" had some viable place in music history. But to point out AGAIN how wrong you are about this board and radio in general; most posters on this board, have worked or still work in a professional broadcast capacity. When most professionals on this board voice their dislikes of certain programming, they offer an opinion of what they think would work. You don't like Danny Bonaduce, that's fine. The more I listen to the show, the more I'm convinced he needs a comedic element. A fourth wheel to keep the flow more upbeat and add some funny. It's like a car that needs a tune-up, it gets you there but isn't running just right.
 
The Why Store is a band? But how was that reference relevant to what I was saying about Bonaduce? Did my post have something in common with their music? Why would I be rehearsing for their reunion tour? Was that supposed to be a joke that somebody under 60 would get?

Your whole radio professionals argument is getting tired. I GET it, you're a programming pro and if you're not a programmer then your poop. Please stop making that point. Programmers = The only people that should post on this board!!! I'll take it under advisement.

Oh Bonaduce needs a comic element? A fourth person? He's been doing radio for a long time, he can't work with anybody else, because they hate him after a week. There isn't a tune up in the works!!! Why can't you get that thru your big fat head!!!

Go listen to a Why Store album, maybe all the answers are in the lyrics.


PS (Regarding your comment on the Kidd Chris thread.) Are you going to follow me around the board and make inane comments after all my posts? Cause I'd love the attention. And if you know anything about Philly radio that's exactly how it happened at WYSP when they flipped to rock. Ask some of your programmer friends, if you have any.
