Danny Lake stated today on his Facebook account, that he was let go after thirteen years at 94.7 WLS. Lake has been doing weekends at the Classic Hits station.
 
Bob Worthington has also exited WLS-FM. He announced it on his Facebook yesterday.
 
He was here 13 years? Wow, didn't seem that long.

Also looking at their website, they're syndicating the evening slot to Kid Kelly now? They couldn't find ANY local talent?
