Last night I just saw part of an infomercial
with Danny Neavereth on local TV.
(Well, it said Dan, not Danny.)

I haven't heard his name in years!

Last I knew, he was doing mornings on WWKB and has been since the station went oldies a couple years ago. Don't think he's used "Danny" since the 60s.

I can't seem to pick up WWKB all that well from my neck of the woods, but I do recall listening to the "Danny" Neavereth good time good morning wake up show on WHTT (back when it was oldies 104) in the early 90's.<P ID="signature">______________

Well, the only time I *ever* heard him was on WKBW in the 60s.

Dan Neavereth is outstanding on KB Radio 1520 with Tom Donahue. Every so often, the station comes in on Eastern Long Island during the daytime and it is a real treat to hear KB. That is what oldies radio should sound like.

Listening to Dan Neavereth and Joey Reynolds in the '60's is what got me interested in radio as a career. Now you know who to blame!

Thrilled to hear Dan Neaverth is still doing KB radio. I too was inspired by the WKBW of the 60's and later met Joey Reynolds at WNNNNNNNNBC. Neaverth is also doing an infomercial for some bug repellant that airs on KFYI Phoenix at 4am Saturday morning. Glad to hear that's not all he's doing.
