Danny Ozark of WYSP's Kidd Chris Show goes into WCAU NBC 10 reporter's home

During ABC's worst woes in prime time, 10 tied or beat 6 by about a hundredth of a point (depending on which way of reading the ratings you prefer) for one book. Now that NBC is in the basement, and with some reasonable consistency over at 3, the second place battle has shifted. In the daytime, 10 is just God-awful, killing any hope for a decent lead-in. The fact that the reformatted 4 pm and 5 pm shows are just as God-awful seals the deal.

As for the original point of the thread, to so blatantly voilate someone's privacy that way is reprehensible and pathetic, which is pretty much Free-FM's whole raison d'etre.

I don't know how O&A or Barsky's shows are, but I try listening to Kidd Chris for at least a few minutes every afternoon. To hear them cackle on endlessly about themselves, their no-name comedian buddies, other station's DJs, and Delilah's strippers is about the dumbest radio I've ever listened to. I know their M.O. is to try and play themselves off as edgy, original, and is if they don't care about what the "haters" say - and that they'd typically slam a person saying what I just said as uptight and lame.

But the fact of the matter is that the entire show is one long inside joke. It's boring. It's like a glorified college radio show; except, every once in awhile, college DJs will cop to having talked too long about nothing and redeem themselves by saying "let's get back to the music..." Kidd Chris and his pack of hyenas seem like they're trying to suck on purpose, as if they're aggressively dumbing down their show like some sort of sick social experiment.
