Dark Columbus translator granted move from 106.7 to 95.9.

Looks like the FCC has approved the move of Dark 106.7 translator to 95.9.

My guess is this will be rebroadcasting an HD Channel off 98.9 since they list WTOH as their primary.

What's even more interesting is the pending app for Percy (formerly of the Stop26 fame) to buy this translator. What will Percy do with it? My guess an Urban format via a leased HD-2 channel.

This one will be interesting to watch.
