If anyone notices, I havent been on radio info in eons. The primary reason, is the misinformation that happens more often than not. So here is the correction to this thread.....

The Darksoldier has delclared war on NO ONE. First of all, I am NOT American Broadcasting. Without going into specific details that are no one's business but Alchemy's and mine, any agreements, arrangements, or plans relating to my affiliation with the organization were, and in fact are, contingent upon meeting established benchmarks. This is the way any legitimate business would conduct its affairs, and indeed, any business person like myself. Our business relationship remains both in tact, and reciprocally supportive in the goals of the other. It is unfortunate that WDJO is facing some big challenges, and they are aware that I am both available, willing, to commit whatever resources of knowledge, and and effort I posess to assist them in meeting those challenges. I do not gossip, or share my knowledge of any information I have regarding the business of Alchemy Broadcasting, American Broadcasting, nor my business relationship with them. Any statements by anyone other than myself regarding "The Darksoldier", or Phil, should be considered false, and/or uninformed. This will be my only statement regarding this thread.

Agreed...without sounding boastful, can you imagine what this place would be like if everyone with a lick of common sense walked away? God walked among the sinners, we should walk among the mis-informed and set the record straight. That's how the mis-informed become informed.

Bobo....Heres the deal. I have no desire to start a fight, but I will always finish one. When you posted the title and the suit and put my name in it, you set the stage. Apology to that one accepted. When you took my reply, and then said "But there is nothing incorrect in the post.", you made a statement consistent with the notion that other than the incorrect plaintiff in a lawsuit, everything else you said regarding me was correct....ITS NOT. I am most certainly defensive about folk putting my name where it doesn't belong, being corrected, and then defending it. THE WHOLE POST IS WRONG with the exception of the fact that American Broadcasting has filed a lawsuit against Alchemy Broadcasting. Posting false information which has the potential for any negative business impact can be considered libel. My point to you is.. when you mention me, know what you are talking about, or don't mention me. Not personal....BUSINESS....It will only be personal if you keep doing it.
