the date that WCAA signed on was 1962,but on the FCC lists 7-13-92 to 9-09-92,WCAA's FCC license dates
to 1992,but that is not right.

You're not going to find a complete (or partial, for that matter) history on the FCC's website. It seems that they only go back one or two license periods.
