I'm wondering if this was of his choosing. A recorded goodbye as opposed to live in the studio seems kind of odd.

True and congrats to life after CBS Sacramento. Well CBS said Dave Bender isn't saying goodbye. It will be interesting to see where next though or if he will just be YouTube and Twitch only.
