We have lost two radio engineers have passed this week. Dave Doughty the long time Chief at WTLB. Dave was known for making WTLB the best sounding 1000 watts around. Bill Pappas was a contract engineer at several stations around Utica. He put WBVM 1550 on the air in the early 60's. He was retired from WKTV.
