Radio and Records' online Street Talk column reports that B-101 weekender Dave Packer will be the new morning man on 102.7 Fresh FM in New York City.

Nice jump for Dave.
 
Then when WOGL flips to Fresh (fresh981.com has been registered by CBS, don't forget) he can do two Fresh morning shows at once!
