The story told in other markets is Dave buys the boards. When he comes to town, the boards sell the appearance. Otherwise, the affiliate gets a small logo.

hmmm...not sure why he has to buy billboards in Phoenix when he reaches far more people on KTweetAR through his Money Make Over Minutes and six hours of financial peace preaching every night on 92~Three. But what the heck, Clear Channel Outdoor needs the business as their parent company is on a beans and rice; rice and beans diet!
