Dave Ramsey is SO BORING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They would do better by putting Dave Hooker's show on during that hour. How in the world do they expect to compete against John and Jimmy?

Wait until you've heard for a week and then you'll think it REALLY IS BORING. I've never understood the appeal of Dave Ramsey yet you have people that WORSHIP at the feet of Dave Ramsey. If you listen to Dave Ramsey, it is just basically the same thing over and over again. And there are other people out there giving the same advise, but without the SMART ASS ATTITUDE.

He has changed his TOON some what over the years. When he first started, he would tell his audience that his method works whether you make $10, 000 a year or $10,000,000. Now, he is telling his listeners that if that aren't making at least $60,000 a year, they have an INCOME PROBLEM. Sounds like he is CATERING to the WELL-TO-DO listeners, now.

Ramsey, while you guys trash him, will get the numbers. I think you need to think about what the audience wants, not just your take on him attitude. Not trying to beat ya up on some of your facts, just that it will be a decent fit.

The morning show is playing old country songs? Yep. This is going to a 3 share. Ramsey will be the star. Not saying it'll be a 7.

They didn't even run Laura when they were supposed to last night. They had Boortz in the 8:00 hour, some dead air after 9 then Boortz as scheduled, then Savage at 10 (with bad audio). No doubt this is part of the brilliant strategy...

Pirk will fix all of this. He has bright new offices. Man, I gotta say, so far, this is about as underwhelming as it gets. I would have expected good "old fashion" real radio, not the typical
2010 version of lifeless flips. I guess it's true...the station is still revolting from not being WOKI.
I miss the old days of being up there when it was Tennessee's Top 40 powerhouse!

Although Dave Ramsey does tend to repeat himself often with the same unchanging story, he DOES have a very large and loyal audience, and he will get the numbers.

You do get tired of the same shtick, over and over. However, unlike so many other talk show hosts, Dave is truly helping some people.

I'd prefer Clark Howard but I'm sure Dave will do well...but it will be a different audience than Rush (where Rush is still available)

Instead of "get a job or sell some stuff," it would be helpful to have some tips along the lines of what else to try when neither one of those two things seem to be happening.

We get the other part and have done it, and Dave's advice does help many people. But Dave does seem like he has forgotten "the little people." And there's a lot of us out here.

But Dave is the one that seems to FORGOTTEN the "Little People" are the ones who made him what he is today. It justs seems his entire show is directed toward those making 6 figure incomes or more now. Anytime someone calls that states they make below $80,000 or $90,000 a year, he basically tells them they have an INCOME PROBLEM!!
