Dave Ramsey/WGST Billboard

Noticed a Dave Ramsey/WGST billboard on I85 in Gwinnett. I don't remember GST having billboards that advertise talk show hosts (I have seen general billboards plugging the station as a whole). This Ramsey billboard looks almost identical to the WGKA billboard with Ramsey on it. Is Dave Ramsey footing the bill, or is GST finally going to start individual talent? I know I'm just setting myself up for a ton of GST bashing, but what the heck.
 
Dave Ramsey does pay for those. We devote our promotion budget to things like Regular Guys TV spots that result in even lower ratings.
