While looking up something on WTIC.COM, I discovered that they are now carry syndicated Dave Ramsey Show Sundays 1PM-4PM, replacing The Best of Clark Howard. (Someone also needs to tell WTIC.COM that Coast-to-Coast AM has been airing Saturdays 10PM-1AM since October). Anyway Ramsey's show had been on two smaller stations in the area WXCT 990 Southington and WMRD 1150 Middletown. (and of course WMRD's simulcast partner WLIS 1420 Old Saybrook). An email to WXCT's GM/PD revealed that WXCT is no longer carrying the show (which including First runs and replays amounted to 40 hours or so a week). A Check of WMRD's website (WLISWMRD.NET) reveals a blank spot listed 3PM-5PM weekdays (which is the timeslot in which Ramsey Show had been airing).
