Just saw the official post:

ADONAI Contemporary Christian KXOJ/TULSA, OK afternoon man DAVE WESTIN moves to mornings at crosstown COX Hot AC KRAV (MIX 96) joining NINA VALENTE. He is replacing CHRIS KELLOGG who returns to CONNECTICUT to be closer to his family and start up a new business.


Congratulations Dave! You deserve it.

You made the right choice. Thank you for being a friend to several of us left behind at KXOJ. We will miss you and wish you the best of luck at Cox. I know the opportunity must be incredible.

Who will be taking the afteroon spot on KXOJ? All of the current jocks seem to fit perfect in their dayparts. My guess will be a new person, much like Mix96 has been "The New Mix96" for the past ten years.

Sorry about the typo...just did a cut and paste from another site.
I listened to KRAV this morning and it was not Dave. When does he start?
Called the request line and they did not know either. I was told "soon."

I talked to Davo today and I think he's going to do Middays on Friday just to get the feel of things.

Then I think he'll take the reigns of the show sometime next week.

Got to agree that "Davo" sounds good on KRAV. Certainly a big upgrade for the programming team at Cox. His voice works better with Nina.

Once they develop good chemistry, I think they will be a top morning show.

Any word on what KXOJ will do to fill the spot?

Who will be next to jump ship?

Hey, son. I really appreciate your creativity here on the mesage board. Seriously. When I was in High school, the post above would have been considered a great piece of creative writing to me and my friends.

But here's a piece of sincere advice with your reputation in mind. Do your homework before you start throwing your own feces. OK? =)

If you knew anything about me and knew where I worked, you'd know how silly your post above looks.
