David George Passes Away

David George died Monday at age 56. For about a dozen years throughout most of the 80's and early 90's he was at WWWE (now WTAM). For most of his tenure he was production director and was also responsible for producing the Indians and Browns games. He also served as program director After leaving 3WE around 1993 approximately 1991-92. After leaving 3WE he continued to do freelance voice work, including spots for Malley's. He operated a bookstore in Lakewood and was also a writer for the Sun Post.
 
There is a really good outtake reel of Adele Malley recording the spots with David. She in her little sweet voice swears like a sailor, says some pretty dirty words. It's been a few years since I've heard it, I wonder if somebody still has a copy?
