David Munoz on th VIA bus?

I can't really tell, but I could swear that the voice that announces the next stop on VIA buses is David Munoz. Does anyone know who that really is...if you ride the VIA bus?

I went to SAC (and did the SAC Show on KTSA) with David Munoz. He had an incredible set of pipes in those days (early 70's). Probably unimaginable how good the man sounds today. I hope it is David on those announcements.
