I have been impressed with the work of David Todd. First, with his work with the Pirate broadcasts this year and his most recent fill in work for Stan Savran. (Get well soon Stan). What can you tell me about the background of David Todd? Is he a local guy? It would seem to me that unless his other work precludes it, he has earned a full time shift with the Fan or ESPN 970.
