David Yadgaroff Retires

I hate to sound so jaded, but my initial reaction to the headline was "Who cares?" However, since I'm a nerd and I'm familiar with the name, I read the article. Gotta say congrats for not only surviving in the industry for so long, but also for surviving three decades in a single major market--sans the whole "town to town, up and down the dial" thing. Decades ago, it was more common, but lately, the list has become pretty short.

I worked for David Yadgaroff for a time at Greater Media. He was always a straightforward and driven individual, and he was able to properly motivate those in his charge. I congratulate him on his successful run in Philadelphia radio.
