Daylight Savings Time - Check the AM Band

Its that time of year again, and there always seems to be some stations that get daytime/nighttime power times messed up during this conversion. It also doesn't help that the whole DST program switched a few years ago, and older equipment will recognize DST in April instead of now.

That will mainly affect daytime only stations that have a 6AM local pre-sunrise time. The stations that have Day and Night patterns mostly leave their equipment set on Standard Time all year as the 'real' sunrise/sunset day and night times are not affected by our clock changes. Still worth a check as there will be misguided souls who will set the remote control clock forward an hour & produce just the result that DXers live for.

A note....if it matters to anyone....that Europe doesn't flip for another two weeks. March 27.
