Has NBC suddenly forgotten the fact that DAYS is not only the THE WORST rated soap on TV but is also (Albeit some would say arguably) THE WORST show on all of TV?? Do they have AMNESIA or something??
The show can still be canceled due to low ratings if they wish to pull it but the actors are paid until 2013 no matter what.
If ratings are not delivering, I'm guessing NBC will move the show rather than cancel it.
Sort of like what was done with Passions...something like that... ???

It's the only daytime drama series to increase viewers over the last two seasons while reducing their operating budget. Also, they are consistently one of the most watched series online at NBC.com and was recently the most watched show on NBC.com. (I saw that somewhere in an article a few months ago). Clearly NBC has a new confidence in their lone soap, as upgrading it to HD was a vote of confidence.
