Daytime-Nighttime (not the song by Keith Hampshire)

If a licensed AM daytimer is consistently on-air after sundown, or after their Post Sunset Authorization, how long will it be before the FCC comes calling?

If Tennessee daytimers during high school football season on Fridays--along with a
certain biz talk AM in the Phoenix market--are any indication, probably never, or in
the year 2525, whichever comes first. :D

If man is still alive. ;D

Seriously, if no other station complains, the FCC will probably do nothing.
