Daytime Savings Time

Pennsylvania Lawmakers are looking to make Daylight Saving Time year round, this will have a big Effect on AM Daytimers Especially those on Clear Channels.(Since it not going to be National Standard. ) during the Energy crisis In1974 the FCC let all Daytimers sign on at 6AM local Time with Reduced Power. ( I believe we were between 50 to 75 watts ) . I know most Daytime stations have an FM Translator but some don't. Any Thoughts?
