OMG, and I know it might be a little late, but did anyone notice that KC101, with the power of the mighty Clear Channel behind them, was off the air from more than a hour on Friday of last week around 10pm or so. What the hell happened? Do they voicetrack all of their shifts where the previous jock is already out of the building? Can someone please answer these questions?

Dead Air on KC101

Long time lurker - first time poster. Say what you want about KC101 when Chaz was the PD - it was a FAR better station than it is now. KC101 is one of the worst stations ever now - my goodness - Trey??? Michael Maze is just trying to keep it together with no tools whatsoever - the whole operation blows. KC101 might as well sign off - they suck worse than ever now. absolute crap. it is an insult to connecticut radio. unbelievable how quickly you can destroy a radio station.
Permit me to introduce myself, I am the "RADIO MANAGEMENT MASHER" and this is my face ;D Do you like my teeth? I look a lot like "Ray Pender the Music Blender", don't I? Look again and imagine me with a tan ;D He, He, Ha, Ha. I speak the truth about all of these incompetent people, whom attest and profess to be radio professionals. They are a bunch of Robots. I am not intimidated by them because I do not rely on them for my livlehood, unlike many of you insecure people. Many of you have not stood up against the likes of Hansen, because you fair that he won't hire you at WE-BLOW 108. But don't worry because he will never hire you because he has had the same 10 perole working there for nearly he last 20-years. So much for Sharing the frequency. I thought the people own the FM frequency. Why is it that Curtis W. Hansen has the same stale 10 jocks around still?

It amazes me how Hansen keeps getting a paycheck?????? I too am long out of the CT radio rat hole. Been there and done that. Not going to sit in air check sessions and have a PD like Hansen focus on hitting posts and delivery of moronic call letters. It's just plain and simply STUPID! Yet bozos like Hansen continue to deceive the owners and listeners.New User said:

Danny Lyons couldn't program a basement pirate radio station. I mean coming out of the top of the hour powerful jingle legal id with In the arms of the angels/Sarah M. or Yesterday/Beatles. Give me a break! That is total bush league.
But the wewe listener couldn't care less. They are a horrible excuse for a radio station!
:On Friday nights (10pm to 12am) it's a preproduced show called Club Control. It's been in that slot for years. Someone forgot to put the board on auto and for some strange reason the alarm never went off to let the PD call in to restart the station.
