dead carrier on 900 am

for the last couple of nights while listening to am and shortwave on my kenwood transceiver i have noticed a station on 900 am khz and it is a dead carrier no sound or nothing. carrier is on but no audio i been trying to figure out what station it is but having a hard time tracking it down. i was wondering if you guys have noticed it too. i have my kenwood on the frequency right now on 6/30/19 at 11:27 pm and a strong signal on it. sometimes the signal on 900 will overpower KATH next door at 910 am khz.

Closest AM to DFW on 900 is KPYN but I doubt with 250 watts they'd overpower anyone even at daypower. Closest station capable of skipping like that with a dead carrier would be KREH near Houston, a 5kW daytimer.
