Dear Radio (and Hello from old-ville)

Yes Old ville. Too old. But... lemme see started at WLW Cincinnati. Randy Michaels hired me right out of the County Sheriff's Office. Did WGTZ, WHIO Dayton, A beavercreek Ohio station I seriously cannot remember the calls to (But Rocky Allen was morning man at the time, I did the news and it had a great GM liked the guy a lot!), WHHY Montgomery as prod manager middays AM (the FM had one of the best morning men I've ever heard) did over 72 radio and TV stations image voice (including WXIX, Cincinnati and TV45 Dayton I don't remember the calls to either, see old ville.) Many others including a stint with Lorimar doing voices for Knots Landing SAG-AFTRA. Also KEYI Austin Texas (best PD I ever worked with, owned by Kent Burkhart) KZOU Little Rock with Peter Stewart as PD who did not like me at all. Didn't understand that. But Hal Smith was a fantastic GM. Fantastic! And yes I am a conservative but a very strong union supporter. Among other stations the last one was WCOO Charleston South Carolina. You'll hear about that experience from the Supreme Court of the United States. Any day. Extortion. Plus the case includes Google caught censoring the US Courts and USPS caught stealing legal mail. Here I sit waiting on that massive criminal case to publish.

Being in this site would suffice to assume you are in or were in commercial radio. Well, today a piece was put out by an industry pro (not me) and with permission I published it. Its called Dear Radio and you really need to read this.
