Someone. Anyone, needs to file a application with the FCC to transfer the WQOX license from MCS to Shelby County Schools. On July 1, 2013, MCS went out of existence. You have no licensee.

Oh. By the way. Since MCS is dead, good luck finding somone with authority to file the application.

Maybe, just maybe... the entity still exists for the purpose of wind-up. If not, there is a problem.
