Death of K-Rock NY

While K-Rock, WXRK was primarily a NYC based station, it frequently made an appearence at the bottom of southern HV rankings. Of late Krock particularly did far better in the suburbs than in the city itself for a multitude of reasons. More locally, I personally thought it made a great alternative (no pun intended) to WRRV/WRRB which at times could be repetitive and has shorter sets of music. So my basic question is, will anyone in the southern HV miss it?
