I've seen a 92.3 WIL promotional vehicle parked at the WFUN-FM transmitter site on DeBaliviere on several occasions recently. Does that site function as a backup for any of the Hubbard stations?

(I suppose WIL could be doing a remote from the Old School 95.5 transmitter shack, but that seems rather unlikely.)
