Dec 6+ The Z's have it

Ho-Ho-Ho certainly got the market's mind off the election and Covid 19 as KEZ almost doubled their Nov 6+ showing. And the #2 station almost tripled their Nov showing. What in the Wide Wide World of Sports is a goin on here? Nielsen Audio Ratings

1 KEZ
2 KLNZ
3 KFYI
4 KNIX
5 KSLX
6 KYOT
7 KOOl/KUPD
8 KHOT
9 KTAR
10 KJZZ

The next monthly will be the KEZ numbers, formerly known as the Holiday numbers.

It's hard to analyze the PHX numbers due to the stink of a dead camel in the room...

But where did KLNZ get it's casino-like triple the audience prize?

The only explanation Nurse Jeff and I have is a wild ass guess. 103~Five was once known as Twice, KTWC. And one year they ditched their all train wreck format for Ho-Ho-Ho music. Whoever got a PPM obviously fell into a time warp.

It sure might be...

If you'd told me even a few years ago that the eventual winner of the "who's more live and local" country battle in Phoenix would be the iHeart station, and that the dromedary-based station would have been put out to pasture, I'd have thought you were off your rocker.

Yet here we are.

Actually a two humper is a Bactrian camel, not a Dromedary. Since the old logo featuring the camel was replaced, and Entercom went with out of market talent, KMLE has slipped further behind in the ratings.

And yes, regardless of the hump count, all species have camel toes.

Keep in mind that KMLE's ratings problems began when they were 100% live & local, so there is no prize for winning that battle.
