Deciphering CSN International Radio of Twin Falls

I started looking at the IRS Form 990s of the some of non-profit broadcasters. CSN Radio in Twin Falls seems complicated and its IRS Form 990s don't seem to have the full details.

The TV licenses are held by a separate group, CHRISTIAN BROADCASTING OF IDAHO, INC : KCJY-LP, KCTF-LP, KYTL-LD. The website cbitv.com has nearly zero information but the Form 990 shows a revenue stream of $5.5 million and $2.5 million in assets for 2018. CBI-TV pans out. The FM/AM and translator licenses (450 in all) are all held by CSN International Inc., a separate outfit in Temecula, California but assets are listed as only about $500K. (Yes, there was an administrative transfer of licenses in September 2020 from CALVARY CHAPEL OF TWIN FALLS, INC. to CSN INTERNATIONAL so I might not see the whole picture in the ealier filings.) There's even a separate listing by ZoomInfo setting the CSN Radio annual revenues at $42M in CY2020 , having 133 employees.

So what are the real numbers here? I guess Charity Navigator saw the same picture and gave CSN a not-so-favorable score.....

Love to know the ground truth.
