Deep Cuts album rock iHeart possible HD2 station in NYC?

I discover that Deep Cuts station (is it new?) on the iHeart Player. It reminds me of the good old 102.7 WNEW FM.
Could it be a possible HD2 station in NYC? Sounds great but it's jockless but maybe with some VT's it even sounds good like that Deep Tracks station on SiriusXM.
