Deep Dish - Dreams - Whos playing it??

I hear it on Energy Arizona now and I must say is great to hear the legendary stevie nicks on a dance station! MY friend also said he heard it on sirius but forgot to tell me what station it was on LOL. Anyways, anyone else playing it? Also should note that I read an article about the song. Deep Dish was just going to do a instrumental but had to get Stevie's approval. Stevie loved it so much that she went in the studio and cut new vocals for the track. The boys from Deep Dish were so excited they got Stevie to do new vocals and she was excited to do it. Kinda cool story

Thanks for that tidbit about Stevie... I'd wondered if the vocals were original or re-recorded. Pretty cool stuff!

I don't know if that is the story-- to do a remake, all they have to do is obtain the rights from the Harry Fox Agency.

That part is right as far as I know-- all parties were quite happy to do it.

Same here. This track is great and I hope this one spread to other charts cause they don't know what they're missing.

Other stations playing it include WCDV, WDVW, KNGY, XM81, Music Choice Dance and KNHC. It also debuts on the Billboard Radio Monitor Dance chart at #16 this week(ending November 6th) with 146 spins.

I actually got to see Stevie in concert this past August and before she took the stage they played this remix with some cool video on the big screen, amazing how crazy the crowd went from hearing a remix at a rock concert! Also as she was ending singing Dreams.. she ended it like the remix and was whispering you'll know, you'll know, you'll know.. I was like that is great!! I sure hope it takes off as well
 
It was a wannabe track the other week on the "33 1/3 Countdown" on XM's "BPM". Sounded great. I'm still loving their last track, "Say Hello" too.

Heard them spinning it today on WMPH at 9.37 A.M...Good song, its nice to hear something other than the Chorus looped 40 times in a role like most of todays Dance Remakes.

Yes. In this case it's the SAME singer singing the song she sang in the 70's for Fleetwood Mac. Looks like we've moved to the 70's now. Guess all the 80's songs were used up.
