From checking on iHeartRadio, it looks like the only HD-2 CC is streaming is the one that feeds the 97.5 translator with ESPN Deportes. I suspect it's because most of the stations duplicate what's iHR is streaming from Premium Choice and Format Lab stations (and there's also a 24/7 Delilah channel). For the record, the non-CC stations iHR streams are WGN, the Cumulus, Salem and Univision stations and college Internet streamers WCSU at Chicago State University (where Herb Kent seems to hold down a shift three days a week in the late mornings--don't know if it's *the* Herb Kent) and Radio DePaul, of which the location is obvious.
