Delilah is back.... if you like fish.

Delilah is now on 95.9 the Fish, Monday through Sunday. Do not know when, but John Tesh has been dropped.

Great competition idea, getting Delilah before KOST sends Karen Sharp the way of Mike, Kim, and Bryan in favor of Delilah.

THAT'S GREAT.... (sarcasm)

Tesh will resurface somewhere else. The Fish will still use their own music with custom Delilah voicetracking.Good Luck!!!!!!

Actually, Delilah makes more sense at the Fish thank just about anywhere. I saw a report on her on TV and she seems kind of religious, so maybe it'll work. Doubt with the Fish signal that they'll be much of a threat to Karen Sharp or KOST. Karen always bested her when in direct competition and that was on a station with a Big signal. The Fish, not very big. The biggest threat to Karen is her bosses boss who is slowly cleaning house. But to drop Tesh is stupid, he's better than Delilah.

A laundrymat in Vegas would play here to keep people from loitering. I'd like to ask you to play a song in memory of my pet hamster that just passed away....

Maybe it's me, but for Delilah to go from a CC-owned station to a religious "Fish" station in a Top 3 market... Ever hear of the phrase, "How the mighty have fallen"?

She was never a success in Los Angeles even on KBIG during their AC days in the 90's or Rhythmic phase. I dont even know why 92.7 aired it last year.

You guys are lucky. Where I live, Delilah takes up two full power class C signals at the same time each night.

You see, Mobile & Pensacola are about 50 miles apart and are separate markets. But all the major stations transmit from tall towers halfway between to cover both cities. So she's heard on "Mobile's Lite Mix 99.9" and "Pensacola's Soft Rock 94.1" but they have almost the exact same coverage area.

Talk about a waste of space!

I know the feeling I use to live in Kansas City where she was on defunct AC KUDL 98.1 and in Topeka KS on KMAJ 107.7. I would just revert to Star 102 when it was on the air waste of 5 hours.

One of reasons they keep trying to put her on in LA is because she wants so badly to be in all the majors, and she just hasn't been able to stay on here. Premiere pushes her too. From what I hear they just about drove the KOST PD nuts trying to get her on there. I understand that the GM even tried to get her show on overnights. Of course if that were to happen it wouldn't be long before they wanted her to move up to an earlier slot replacing the talent that has beaten her in every rating period. She's never gotten any traction in LA. Then again, it's a horrible show and she seems so fake. She's had two stints at KBIG where KOST buried her and now a little station that is very hard to hear in metro LA so I don't see her owning her time-slot, but given her penchant for injecting God into her show, she may actually do well at the Fish.
