Delilah Not on 98.5

What is the problem with 98.5? They didn't add Delilah to the third "Lite-FM" which is WCTW. I remember when 98.5 used to be "The Cat" had Delilah on every night since it pulled the plug back in either 2001 or 2002. But now, WCTW still got no Delilah. I hear that 98.5 played automated music, but I flipped to the dials to either 92.1 and 99.3, they had Delilah on, but not on 98.5. What is the problem with this station?

I know. WCTW hasn't been doing "Delilah" for 5 years or so when it was "The Cat". WLTW in New York City is putting "Delilah" on come this Monday.
