Delilah should do double duty

I was listening to Delilah a couple days ago banter with Janie about Valentines day, and I realized that she's adept at just more than playing sappy love songs and talking with lovelorn callers. I think her Seattle home station and her syndicator should consider enlisting her to do a morning show. Granted, most big-market stations wouldn't give up local morning shows, but some stations not happy with their morning shows would probably gladly accept a syndicated Delilah morning show intercut with local news and traffic. They could call it " Lifestyles with Delilah and Janie." It's perfect. I see nothing that would prevent Delilah from doing both morning and evening shifts. I think Delilah has enough of a loyal fan base in the evenings that they would gladly follow her to the mornings as well. Delilah has already conquered nighttime. Now she should consider trying to conquer daytime.
 
Delilah on AM drive...now that would be much more painful than root canal without novocaine. With the sad state of radio, that much more hot air in the morning would hit a new low. Hearing this windbag in the morning would send me into a deep sleep..... ???

In NYC, two women co-host on LTW. In Philly, the lead person is now a woman..Tiffany on B 101. Does this mean more and more women will be hosting A/C morning shows? This could be the trend. And since Whoopie is too urban for middle america, Premiere could offer the Delilah and Janie show. It is very possible.
 
Any station worth it's salt could do better than these 2...if Delilah and janie is the best you can do, U might as well hang it up and see if McDonald's is hiring. No wonder everyone is going to satellite ???

Besides...How could you do 9 or more traffic breaks and hour if you actually had some content in between?
Delilah would probably do more than tease weather and toss it to traffic.
