Elkton is an interesting area. Northeast corner of Maryland, touching both the Delaware and Pennsylvania borders. It's considered Baltimore/Annapolis for TV market purposes, but lies closer to Philadelphia. I once stayed at a Motel 6 there on MD Route 279. The "cable" only really carried the big 4 from Baltimore and, I think PBS 67. Not sure about channel 24 or 54.
