Delmarva Broadcasting Has New Translator

So I was scanning the dial yesterday and came across 104.1 playing Spanish music. Turns out that it is Delmarva's La Exitosa 930am on an FM translator. It looks like they have it on the tower in Lincoln with Cool 101.3 at 250watts. I wonder how much of an impact the FM signal will have on Great Scott's 900am in Sussex County.
