Delta State Sports

It's official... Delta State sports broadcasts will move from WDTL-FM to the Radio Cleveland stations (WMJW & WCLD). Another nail in the coffin for Miserable Radio Stations!

Someone needs to get MRS out of the radio business. Sounds to me like these stations could be bought cheaply now that they have run them into the ground.

First of all, to Matt Jones and the Delta State guys: GOOD MOVE, BROTHERS!! Like me, you have escaped from the clutches of the Maladjusted Radio Stations. Last fall during my last weeks there, they've attempted to simulcast Delta State Sports in one of their Pine Bluff outlets (namely, a country station of all things....talk about "ghetto fabulous broadcasting" MRS Venture style).

But don't fret, my friends. If I were Jerry Russell, I would go ahead and sell those stations RIGHT NOW!.....and for a reasonable price that won't put a hole in anyone's pocketbook. Wait a minute....He can sell one of those stations to cover the cost of the Easthams' owed expense (WZYQ, KZYQ and KRKD actually come to mind) . One of those stations has got to be worth 350Gs!

To sum this up: Jerry Russell's loss is now Clint Webster's gain! Good move, Clint!

Now we can celebrate sweet victory for Radio Cleveland getting Delta State Sports.

The drinks are on me at the Pickled Okra.:)
______________
Note to MRS Ventures: GET THE HELL OUT OF RADIO!!! 94 BAD-FM jamz!!!!
