Dennis Miller On 3 Stations In Philadelphia?

It's true, according to the Dennis Miller radio show's "station finder":

In addition to WNTP, they also list WOND (Atlantic City, NJ) and WDOV (Dover, DE) as "Philadelphia" affiliates. Conversely, when you click on the station lists for the states of New Jersey or Delaware, no stations are listed.

But wait, there's more! At that same link above, they list a whopping FIVE affiliates for the show in the Johnstown-Altoona market!

Even Air America Radio (remember their "Philadelphia" affiliate which was actually based in Stroudsburg, PA?) wasn't this blatant.
 
I can't say for sure since I am not familiar with the contractual agreements. But, it most likely has to do with two things:

In the case of WDOV, they run Miller from 10PM-1AM, while WNTP also runs Miller late night. Since both stations do not overlap during those times, there would mostly likely be no issue. In the case of WOND, they only run Miller on Sunday afternoons according to their schedule; they have no scheduled daily broadcasts of the program.

It could also have to do with the way the market is defined.
 
You're not familiar with the Johnstown, Altoona, State College areas. These are separate cities and the signals of these particular stations do NOT overlap.
 
Sounds more like a poorly designed website than dishonesty. I live in Wilmington, and I can't remember the last time I heard Dennis Miller. I know it was on a Saturday, but it wasn't on any of those stations listed.
 
I think they list the MSA not the DMA when mentioning stations within a certain market. The networks do that all of the time.
