Dennis Miller on WTMJ

I wonder why WTMJ radio added Dennis Miller weeknights instead of the much better Laura Ingraham. I mean, come on, she is the 5th most listened to talk host in this whole country and WTMJ airs her from 2AM-4AM.

Good question, when I do hear her in the middle of the night I wish I could listen to the show more often. I cant listen to Denny's show, nothing against him just dont like it. I would tune in during the evening to Ingrahm, this is the new dead zone now, I now watch some TV during the early evening.

to be hnoest with you, i've heard of WTMJ a lot of times even though I live in New Hampshire, and I am surprised they picked up a national show that early at night.

If you want to hear Laura at a better time, she is on 560 WIND Chicago from noon till two. Coincidentally, this is right after Dennis's show which is on from nine till noon which WIND airs live.

Their priority at night is sports (Brewers, Bucks, etc.). They did carry a local show in that time slot previously (that was preempted a lot), and obviously felt it was more cost effective to just go syndicated in that time slot. That, and the local host wasn't very good, and proved to be rather controversial.
