John Dennis is an intelligent broadcaster and not a blowhard like Callahan. Perhaps, in rehab Dennis became more aware of his partner's often gross behavior. It is easy to see that Callahan would rather be teamed with another blowhard like Ordway than the more literate Gary Tanguay.

Phil Zachary from Entercom responded to the Inside Track that is printed in today's Herald.

He said, "the cold war between WEEI morning men John Dennis and Gerry Callahan continued yesterday, but their boss expects that they will kiss and make up and he’s not too worried about the long-term fallout for the station’s highest-rated show."
