I think it's great that The Little One 1160 is giving the Saturday How To Shows on KRC some competition. Now you need to bring back Steve Overbeck.

We did try back during the transition. Told him that he really didn't have to change frequencies....

Word i got was that he treated us like we were unethical or didn't have the ability to pay/pull it off. Like we didn't have the where with all necessary to do this.
Don't know where he got that idea.
 
It's a shame He isn't on the air any longer. I can understand why though given what happened to him on his last station. Maybe He'll give you guys a chance in the future.

You need to pursue Steve Overbeck. He won the lawsuit against Rodger Kauffmann and Alchemy.

I'm sure your an honest guy and pay your bills and talent (you have multiple stations to show that)

I bet Steve Overbeck would welcome a call.

Our reaching out to him was before his last deal went the way it did. It was at the time 1160 moved into News/Talk.

Not too interested in looking back....
 
Plus his show is boring as hell.

Of course I'm not into advice shows of any sort, but still....zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
 
See, and i really like the handyman and car shows. Any of those do it yourself deals.
But, that is because i am a D I Y type of person. I'll do it before i'd pay anyone....

Please Micro. Enlighten us. What DID happen at his last station?
 
No problem with handyman shows here, jry...just shows done by non-quality people. Overbeck should be named "overbearing" on air. And, I underscore again, he is not a nice person.
