I've heard Denny when I've visited Toledo. He's not bad from what little I've heard, and would seem to be a compatible fill-in for Glenn Beck.
But...where would he go as a syndicated host? It's all about the time slots, and all of 'em are jam packed. Heck, even Glenn's having his problems, being pushed on all sides in the 9-noon ET slot from Laura Ingraham and even Jerry Springer, who pushed him off his WTAM/Cleveland perch a while back.
Plus, Denny's something of a name in that market, and I have a feeling he'll stay there, though obviously he wouldn't turn down a big national contract if it ever came his way.
