Hi,
I've had a Denon TU-680NAB for many years. In many ways it is a great receiver (although the decline of C-Quam AM Stereo and the rise of IBOC has mostly eliminated the usefulness of its best AM features).
The main complaint I've had with it from the beginning is the AM sensitivity is not very good so it was never very useful as a DX radio - even with an external Parsec amplified antenna. Any mods. lurking out there to improve AM sensitivity? I've searched around on and off over the years to no avail - but thought right here in the heart of radio "geekdom" I might discover something. While I'm at it, anyone know of a source for schematics for this tuner? Any other interesting modifications for this turner lurking out there?
Thanks,
